These Terms of Use govern your use of ExactSlip and this website (the "Service"), operated by Unlimited Apps, LLC ("Unlimited Apps," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
ExactSlip publishes the exact betting slips its operator places with his own money — every leg, line, and odd, the book, and the stake — together with the analysis behind them, including a fair-price estimate for each slip. Every pick is logged on ToutCheck, an independent public ledger, before the event starts and graded there afterward, win or lose.
ExactSlip sells information and entertainment only. We do not accept wagers, we do not place, transmit, or facilitate bets on behalf of anyone, we do not hold stakes, and we do not pay winnings. We are not a sportsbook. Subscribers who choose to act on the information do so by placing their own bets, in their own accounts, with a licensed sportsbook of their choosing. Any wager is solely between you and that sportsbook.
You must be 21 years of age or older — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to purchase or use ExactSlip.
You are responsible for knowing the laws where you live. Sports betting and the purchase or use of betting information are not legal everywhere, and the rules vary by state and country. Before purchasing, confirm that buying and using this product — and placing any bet — is legal in your jurisdiction. If it is not legal where you are, do not buy this product and do not place the bet.
All picks are opinions published for entertainment. Nothing in the Service is a promise, guarantee, or representation about the outcome of any bet or event. Betting involves risk, including the risk of losing every dollar wagered. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and never bet money meant for bills, rent, or family. The full, unedited record of the operator's picks is published on ToutCheck; no summary, screenshot, or excerpt should be treated as the complete record.
Odds in an alert are quoted exactly as found at the named sportsbook at the time the operator placed the bet. Prices move. We do not promise that any quoted price is still available when you read an alert, and your sportsbook may show different odds.
ExactSlip is currently in a proving phase: the public record is being built and subscriptions are not yet offered. Features, channels, and pricing will be announced when sales open. When subscriptions are sold through third-party platforms (such as Whop), those platforms' terms will also apply to your purchase.
The Service's content — including the ExactSlip name, the alert format, and published analysis — belongs to Unlimited Apps, LLC. A subscription gives you personal access to the information for your own use; it does not give you the right to resell or publicly redistribute the alerts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Apps, LLC is not liable for any losses you incur from bets you choose to place, from relying on the Service's opinions, or from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
